Leading the charge for Penn State was Tyler Warren, the versatile tight end/fullback/H-Back/Wildcat quarterback who showcased why he’s considered one of the most dynamic players in college football. Warren hauled in six receptions for 63 yards and two touchdowns, playing a pivotal role in the team’s resounding win.
For Warren, this game was especially meaningful. While it could have marked the end of his college football career, he took the field with a sense of purpose, determined to help his team advance. Reflecting on the victory, Warren praised his teammates and credited their unity as the key to success.
“I think it came down to us sticking together as an offense,” Warren told reporters. “That’s been our focus all year—sticking together and trusting our process. There was no panic or urgency within us. We were just playing our game, and it worked out.”
