The Indiana Hoosiers have bolstered their offensive line by securing a commitment from Zen Michalski, a seasoned transfer from Ohio State. Michalski brings valuable experience from one of the premier football programs in the Big Ten and the nation.

A native of Floyds Knobs, Indiana, Michalski has appeared in 34 games during his time with the Buckeyes, including one start. In the 2024 season, he played in seven games and earned his lone start at left tackle against Nebraska.

As a redshirt sophomore in 2023, Michalski contributed in 13 games, primarily on special teams. His role was similar in 2022, as he participated in all 13 games that season, focusing on special teams assignments.

Michalski redshirted in 2021, seeing action in only one game during his true freshman season.

A standout recruit from Floyd Central High School, Michalski was a four-star prospect in the 2021 recruiting class. Ranked by 247Sports as the No. 21 offensive tackle nationally and the No. 2 player in Indiana, he was also listed as the No. 208 overall player in the country.

Michalski has one season of eligibility remaining and is expected to make an immediate impact on Indiana’s offensive line.
