Luka Dončić has confirmed he has separated from his long-time fiancée Anamaria Goltes, the woman he had been with since they were teenagers, and that he is now locked in a custody battle over their two daughters.
The conflict reached its most painful point around the birth of their second daughter, Olivia, on December 15, 2025. A disagreement erupted during the hospital visit. Police were called. No criminal offense was found. But that, according to reports, was the last time Luka held his daughters in person.
He has not seen them since.
“I love my daughters more than anything and I’ve been doing everything I can for them to be with me in the U.S. during the season, but that hasn’t been possible,” Dončić said in a statement. “Everything I do is for my daughters’ happiness and I will always fight to be with them.”
