Aston Villa have officially revealed their highly anticipated 2026/27 Home Kit in spectacular fashion, launching it through a creative short film inspired by the classic Pathe newsreel style. The new adidas design pays tribute to the club’s rich history, drawing inspiration from the iconic shirts worn by Villa during the 1960s.
The jersey features a bold claret-focused appearance, moving away from recent raglan sleeve designs in favor of a more traditional football shirt silhouette. A stylish fold-over polo collar, set-in sleeves, and a central collar insert give the kit a timeless and elegant look. Glow Blue accents decorate the collar and sleeve cuffs, while adidas’ famous white Three Stripes run across the shoulders.
A subtle tonal graphic is woven into the front of the shirt, adding texture without disrupting the classic claret identity. The Aston Villa crest proudly sits on the chest opposite the adidas logo, both displayed prominently.
