Mahrez has built an impressive career through his performances in England and abroad, becoming particularly famous for his time at Manchester City. During his years in the Premier League, the Algerian winger established himself as one of the most dangerous attacking players in the competition. Everton supporters would naturally be excited by the possibility of seeing a player of Mahrez’s profile wearing the club’s colours. His reputation alone would make the transfer a major talking point, while his experience of winning major trophies could also provide valuable leadership inside the dressing room.
